Important: Trading cryptocurrencies and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. 1. Nature of the service

Kairos Signal System ("KSS") is an automated technical analysis tool that identifies potential entry conditions on real-time cryptocurrency price data sourced from Coinbase Exchange public APIs. KSS is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or financial planner.

KSS does not: execute trades, connect to any exchange or brokerage account, custody or manage assets, or provide personalized investment advice. All signals are algorithmic outputs based on technical indicators and are provided solely for informational and educational purposes.

2. No investment advice

Nothing communicated by KSS — including signals, statistics, win rates, charts, analysis, notifications, or any other output — constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or a recommendation of any kind. Archon Systems LLC is not your financial advisor. You should not rely on any information from KSS as the sole basis for any investment or trading decision.

Always conduct your own research. Consider consulting a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

3. Past performance

Any historical win rates, P&L figures, or performance statistics displayed in KSS are based on historical backtesting or live system tracking data. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Signal performance in any given period does not guarantee similar performance in future periods. Market conditions change. Strategies that worked historically may fail under different conditions.

4. Trading risk

  • — Market risk: Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Prices can move rapidly and without warning, resulting in significant losses.
  • — Liquidity risk: Some markets may be illiquid, making it difficult to enter or exit positions at intended prices.
  • — Technology risk: System outages, data feed delays, WebSocket disconnections, or software bugs may cause signals to be delayed, incorrect, or missing. You should never rely solely on KSS to monitor open positions.
  • — Execution risk: KSS does not execute trades. Any difference between a KSS signal price and your actual execution price (slippage) is your responsibility.
  • — Leverage risk: If you trade using margin or leveraged instruments, losses can exceed your initial investment. KSS assumes no use of leverage in its P&L calculations.

5. Your responsibility

You are solely and exclusively responsible for:

  • — All trading decisions made based on or informed by KSS signals or data
  • — Any financial losses that result from your trading activities
  • — Ensuring you understand the risks of the instruments you trade
  • — Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding trading and financial analysis tools
  • — Monitoring your open positions independently of KSS

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Archon Systems LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of KSS or reliance on any signals or data it produces. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim.

7. No guarantee of accuracy

While KSS strives to provide accurate real-time data, we make no representation or warranty that data sourced from Coinbase Exchange public APIs or any other source will be complete, accurate, or timely. Market data may be delayed, incorrect, or temporarily unavailable due to factors outside our control.

8. Jurisdictional notice

Access to and use of KSS may not be legal in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure you are permitted to use trading analysis tools in your country or region. Archon Systems LLC makes no representation that KSS is appropriate for use in all locations.
